When you book, I set aside time specifically for you which I cannot use to book other clients. Please understand that this means if you cancel at the last minute I may not be able to fill the slot, and will lose out on income because of this. This is why notice is required.
COVID-19: Please advise as soon as possible if your Event/Wedding will be postponed due to testing positive. You will not be required to pay a fee, and your deposit will be moved to your new date.
NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS: If you are late or have any issues, please call me on the number you will be given during initial contact. I will make several attempts to contact you. If you cannot be reached 20 minutes past your booked time your appointment will be cancelled and the appointment will need to be paid for in its entirety. Your first no-show will result in all future bookings needing to be paid in full, two no-show appointments will require re-evaluation as to whether we can work together in the future.
CLIENT CONFIRMATION: You will have recieved all of the information confirming your appointment time and date prior to the appointment. I will ask you to confirm your appointment the day before. If you do not confirm, I will assume you want to cancel the appointment and the full fee will apply. I will make several attempts to get in touch.
CLIENT CANCELLATION: If you can no longer keep your appointment please contact me at least 72 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of a booking will attract a cancellation fee of the appointment cost minus deposit paid.
CLIENT CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION (weddings): Wedding confirmations are sent at various times through the lead up to the booked date. You will recieve an invoice (once I have recieved the deposit and all documents that have been sent out to you), please check all of the details to make sure they match with what you are expecting. If you have a trial, these details will be confirmed again at the trial and I will ask for specific feedback and ammendments you want to make. A final confirmation will be sent one week prior to the wedding date. It is your responsibilty to check thoroughly at each confirmation stage. One month prior to the wedding you will need to provide final booking numbers, and these will be locked in and cannot be changed except in extenuating circumstances.
For weddings, I require at least two weeks' notice of cancellation. Cancellations after this date, or failing to confirm the appointment will incur a fee of the whole invoiced amount.
If your wedding is postponed or rescheduled I will hold your non-refundable deposit and transfer it to your new date. If your new date is unavailable you will not be refunded your deposit. You may reschedule twice before I may require a further deposit to secure a new date.
All other Booking Information will be supplied to you upon your enquiry.
If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian will be required to make your booking and deposit payment on your behalf.
